Latitud Buzios Hotel - Búzios

Non è una struttura nuova come invece indicato. E' un hotel da poco ristrutturato ma con molta economia. Hanno ritinteggiato I locali e sistemato un pò le camere aggiungendo un televisore lcd. Il bagno non è sicuramente da considerarsi nuovo.

Manca qualsiasi arredo interno alla camera.non una sedia non un mobile.ma solo una scansia tipo ikea.in bagno solo saponetta,mancano perfino appoggi per collocare oggetti propri e manca sgabello.la tv prende,male,solo canali locali 3 o 4,non è compreso nel prezzo la prima colazione.in breve pur con il prezzo scontato il rapporto qualitativo è insufficiente figuriamoci con I prezzi pieni!!!!sarebbe un furto senza destrezza.In buona sostanza le foto della struttura si riferiscono ad un quadro di lontananza.ai miei reclami per le carenze,mi e' stato rappresentato che quanto da me reclamato non si puo' trovare in una struttura di terzo livello come è inquadrato l'albergo.

This hotel is exactly as it is described on the website, nothing more. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. The room has a lcd tv but only 6 channels to choose from and none in English. The timber furnish in the room is a closet and a nightstand but nothing more. So no chairs or so not even on the balcony. There are sunbeds but only 10 for the app. 32Rooms they have. But we must say during our stay there where always some free ones. The internet costs Rs5,- per 30min and when breakfast is not included, check your Booked.net offer, then breakfast is Rs15 p/P. Breakfast is good but Rs15,- is a bit to much. The guys at the reception speak all pretty good english but are not all very helpfull. They arrange everything by sending emails so arranging thinks cost some time. Our biggest like of this hotel is the location. We where able to walk to 5 different beaches and also the city center is max 10min walking.

Staff is polite. The facilities are new and fresh. The common area is beautiful. Breakfast is not fancy, but it's good (bread, cheese, ham, orange juice, yogurt, cereal, fruits, coffee and milk). Also, around 5 or 6 pm, they put music in the common area, which could be heard from the rooms. It was OK for me, but maybe not everyone will be happy about it.

If you don't have a car, location is not great because it's not very close to the city center (It might take a 15 minute walk). However, I was driving and it was really close (a 3 minute drive).

The decor was ok...

Mostly everything! The only night we stayed at the hotel was raining and the water starting pouring like crazy through the only window that headed right to a yellow wall outside... after we talked to the personal of the hotel they only gave us more towels (the ones that were in the bedroom well.. we had to use them to dry all the floor!!) they didn't even think in changing the room or anything.... oh! and there was a dead huuuuuge spider in the swimming pool! the relation between price and quality was really poor...... we are so disappointed to spend our last night in buzios in that hotel... oh well! next time we know where NOT to go...

Hotel is run be teenagers with no experience about hotels our costumer services. Besides de room was really badly cleaned and we found a frong in our bathroom!

Good room service, seems to be pretty new with all instalations.Excellent transfer service (daily trips to all beaches). Nice staff.

No free wifi internet, if you want to use they charge you and expensive. No breakfeast included in all packs, we realized this when we arrived to buzios. Lights go out a lot in the evening when it rains, really bad. The payment service for credit card did not work with our different credit cards and debit cards, however going to the center of buzios, everything worked fine, for sure they have some problem with the Point of sale. No good beaches nearby the hotel. Need to take a transfer o van to get to the good ones ( Joao Fernandez, Ferradura, etc) You could get better for the same price in other hotels with all the other mentioned above. Keep looking.

es un hotel lindo, moderno. los empleados son super buena onda!! todos muy simpáticos. la habitación muy buena, super prolija, muy moderna

chambre simple mais décoration moderne et agréable, entourée de verdure. Bon rapport qualité/prix du petit déjeuner. Proximité de très belles plages

peut-être un peu loin du centre si l'on ne dispose pas de voiture

Muy lindo Hotel, super tranquilo y comodo.

Tout est parfait: la propreté, le cadre luxueux, la situation géographique (suffisamment loin du centre pour ne pas être dérangé par le bruit et suffisamment près pour rentrer à pieds du centre en 8min. La plage la plus proche se trouve à environ 15min à pieds. Un service de navette est proposé par l'hotel pour aller sur les plages plus lointaine. Le personnel est adorable, accueillant et très disponible.

O atendimento precisa muito de uma melhora, treinamento urgente, melhor qualificação do atendimento.

si me a gustado excelente edificación falta un poco más de equipamiento en habitaciones,sillas secador de pelo,mesita ,sllones y mesa en el balcon,servicio de bar más extendido
